hot bone broth or 1non-chlorinated hot water mixed with 1 scoop organic bone broth powder

tbsp
lime juice
1/2
avocado
peeled and pitted

cup
spinach
1
small carrot

tbsp
chopped white onion

scoop
unsweetened, unflavoured protein powder
1
tbsp
ground chia seeds
1
tsp
raw honey
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Transfer to a glass and serve.
Notes
Tip: To save time, grind enough chia seeds for several days. Store the ground chia seeds in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
